Hotel Policy
Guaranty Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 3:00 PM
Check Out: 1:00 PM
Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of anticipation to the arrival. For groups the cancellations most be made 15 days prior to the arrival of the group.
No Show Policy:
If there is no cancellation of the reservation, a one night No Show charge will be made to the credit card provided as guarantee.
Extra person Policy:
The cost for extra person is $100.00 pesos, this include American type buffet breakfast.
Kids Policy:
Kids less than 11 years old have no cost while share the same room with their parents, maximum 2 per room.
Pets Policy:
Sorry, pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
