DATA TRANSFER

The request must include:

  • Full name and address or other means of contact

  • Official ID or legal representation documents

  • Clear and precise description of the personal data and ARCO right being exercised

  • Any document aiding data location

You will receive a response within 20 business days. If the request is valid, it will be fulfilled within 15 business days. If your request lacks required information, we will notify you within 5 business days, and you will have 10 days to correct it.

You may receive your data in hard copy, electronic documents (Word, PDF, etc.), or any other valid method.

You are solely responsible for keeping your data up to date.

CONSENT WITHDRAWAL

You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time, as long as it does not prevent the fulfillment of a legal obligation. The procedure is the same as that for ARCO rights.

LIMITING USE OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA
